Summary:
As to whether claimant was seeking work or self-employed (developing promotional videos), the Umpire noted that with respect to uncertainties in interpretation, the Supreme Court stated they should be resolved in claimant's favour. We should not be taken as endorsing such application of ABRAHAMS.

Summary:
The Board's decision is simply contradictory to the findings of fact. Therefore, it made either an error of law or an error of fact. It simply did not make findings of fact which supported the conclusions which it reached, according to the Umpire. Upheld by the FC.
