Summary:
The claimant admitted that he was dismissed from his job as a truck driver because he forgot to notify his supervisor or the employer that he had received three traffic tickets in two months. He also knew that the consequence of failing to report a traffic violation was automatic dismissal. The evidence clearly shows that the error committed by the claimant broke the bond of trust with the employer, which led to his dismissal. The appeal by the claimant is dismissed by the umpire.
