Summary:
Left his employment to do a training period with the Institut de police du Québec. Claimant alleges that he had no alternative to quitting if he wanted to complete his CEGEP course in police procedures. Commission decided he left his employment without just cause, but this decision was reversed by BOR. Error in law according to Umpire and Commission appeal allowed.
