Summary:
The fact that a claimant does not earn any money, by itself, does not mean and cannot be taken to mean that a claimant is not working. In the present case, it is obvious that the claimant was working. She may not have received "money" during the November to March period but, as a real estate agent, she was attempting to obtain listings and attempting to find purchasers for these possible listings.
