Summary:
I can well understand that the Board would conclude that 40 minutes to get to work, plus waiting time, is not unusual in most urban areas. Jobs at the best of times are difficult to find and if one has to travel that time to get to work, this is not unreasonable.

Summary:
I cannot find any error in the Board's decision. The fact that the salary was 25¢ less per hour is not "good cause". UI should be used only until one is able to find other suitable work. A 25¢ per hour reduction in salary does not make available work unsuitable.
