Summary:

Previous salary was $6.65 an hour. Rate of UI benefit increased from $160 to $420 when he accepted to participate in a job creation project. After 17 weeks of unemployment he refused a work offer at $6.35 an hour saying this was less than the amount of his UI benefit. I can find no error reviewable by the Board.
