summary
Issue: Sub-Issue 1: Sub-Issue 2: Sub-Issue 3:
claim procedure requests for information
Summary:

Absence on a camping trip cannot be used to justify delay in receiving the Commission's request. In circumstances such as this, disentitlement should take effect from a deemed delivery date. Disentitled from 28-6 due to failure to answer availability questionnaire dated 15-7. The Board misapplied the law. One can hardly be said not to have complied with a request for information until she has received notice of that request. Not to be disentitled prior to 16-7.
