Summary:
The claimant had breached the code of conduct by being involved in "kiting", a well-known procedure that enables a person to access funds they do not have in their bank account. The employer considered this practice a form of theft and did not tolerate this conduct on their employees' part. This illegal practice was forbidden to bank staff and the claimant had previously been warned in regard to such practice.
