Summary:
The claimant's employment involved making telephone calls for a collection service. He was subjected to harassing language in the form of abusive racial comments from some of the clients - this was stressful and affecting his family life. The Judge stated that the claimant could have discussed his concerns with his employer but he chose to leave instead.
