Summary:
On an telephone interview page which contained employer's statements to the Commission of reasons for dismissal, clmt wrote that these statements were wrong and could be proven by a witness (name given). Umpire ruled that in light of the clmt's advances and the severity of the sanctions imposed for misconduct, Commission should have in some way attempted to at least pursue his investigation further.
