Summary:
Claimant alleges that the Commission’s officer had not given her all the information required to make an informed decision. Ignorance of the Act cannot be regarded as a ground for varying the Commission’s decision. Moreover, even if the claimant had not received all the necessary information from the Commission, that fact cannot be used to vary the initial decision.
