Summary:
B.C. teacher for an independent school who was offered in 6-94 a renewal contract to take effect 1-9. Her contract defines school year as a 10-month period. I do not consider that a private school contract can define a school year differently from that provided in Provincial Legislation.

Summary:
Claimant argues that half her work was in an occupation other than teaching. She makes a distinction between being a teacher and an Early Childhood Educator in a preschool. I do not think it can be considered as an occupation other than teaching so as to come within the exception of 46.1(2)(c).
