Summary:
Para. 28(4)(e) would seem to be intended to deal with situations where employment has to be given up to care for a child, and not to justify refusal to work regular hours required by an employer because this interferes with day care arrangements for a child when both parents are working.

Summary:
It is not unusual for a claimant in anger to threaten a resignation and later to try to withdraw it, but sometimes the employer is eager to have the relationship severed, and accepts the resignation. In such cases, it is held that this is not a dismissal but a resignation but a resignation.
