Summary:
As per the Board, if a fisherman has gear in the water, he is deemed self-employed and is not entitled to UI. Based on the facts of this appeal, I cannot accept the proposition that the mere placement of nets in the water automatically means that claimant spends his entire day fishing. Minor in extent.
