Summary:
Discontentment with work itself is not just cause without another job available, or at least the good chance of a job in the near future. Generally a claimant is to try and discuss the reasons for dissatisfaction with the employer and try to find other employment before leaving.

Summary:
A 6-week disqualification is the maximum penalty, and is reserved for the most blatant cases of abusing the system. Here the Board's failure to consider the period of disqualification is an error of law. Onus on claimant to show that there are extenuating circumstances.
