Summary:
Clt accepted job with a 3-week training period, salaried remuneration and then commission sales. The fact he garnered little or no sales earnings does not change the fact he was under contract. He worked 5 to 6 days a week, averaging 2 to 3 hours in morning and 4 to 5 in evening.
