Summary:
Hired 2-7 and as of 4-11, claimant had not secured any listings or finalized any sales. This is not relevant. The fact he invested time and money in a real estate course and obtained a license indicates that he regarded the job as significant. Employer confirmed it was full-time.

Summary:
Claimant disentitled as not available 4 days because he was licensed to sell real estate. CEIC submits this is just mere technicality since he was employed in real estate. I do not agree. That ground was chosen to disentitle him. Having a license does not mean non-availability.
