Issue: Sub-Issue 1: Sub-Issue 2: Sub-Issue 3:
refusal of work  health reasons

Summary:

Note from optometrist stating referred in 6-87 for glaucoma treatment. I do not think it can be given any weight. Refusal of work took place in 12-86 and claimant made no reference to eyesight problems. No medical inference of deteriorating eyesight in 12-86.

Issue: Sub-Issue 1: Sub-Issue 2: Sub-Issue 3:
availability for work  restrictions  wages or salary

Summary:

The Board was clearly right in concluding that a refusal to accept employment (in usual occupation) because it is thought that the wage is too low ($4.50 an hour), when that wage rate is comparable to employment previously held, demonstrates lack of genuine interest.
