Summary:
Employed as part-time security person with a church to 29-5. From 3-6 to 28-10, he replaced the regular full-time caretaker who went on leave of absence. He returned to part-time duties 29-10 working 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Only 5 consecutive days without work.

Summary:
Claimant's reliance on reg. 37(6) and (6.1) is of no assistance as these are directed to claimants whose earnings consist mainly of commissions. This does not apply to claimant who was paid an hourly wage.
