Summary:
I am satisfied that it was a part of claimant's contract that he should have accepted such a transfer and that his refusal to accept the transfer was tantamount to voluntarily leaving.
Transfer was a condition of employment. Refused transfer in same province because wife would have to quit job, selling house, climatic conditions, change of schools. These are all good reasons but not compelling in nature for just cause. 4-week disqualification proper.
