Summary:
A member of claimant's union, while drunk, entered the plant by way of a fire escape and attacked claimant who was working. Reason unknown and that member was fired. That mere incident is irrelevant in deciding whether members of claimant's grade or class participated.

Summary:
Striking members of another union, employed elsewhere by employer, established pickets at claimant's place of work. Question raised as to whether there had been a labour dispute at claimant's place at all. S. 31 requires a dispute at premises. We express no opinion on the point.
