Summary:
Daily incentive production bonus and early closure pay allocated upon closure of the mine. In light of ss. 58(9), I am unable to accept that the incentive payments and early closure payments should not be allocated as part of his severance monies but rather during the period he earned these monies.

Summary:
The union provided a list of 930 former employees who could potentially be affected by the outcome of this appeal. Nothing indicates that they all have consented to have this matter being treated as one representing their interest. Furthermore, the Commission does not want to proceed on that basis.
