As I read ss. 7, a claimant such as here who has received an initial extension of her qualifying period under 7(2) cannot then receive a further extension under 7(3) or (4). Therefore, she cannot rely on her payment in lieu of notice to further extend that extended period under 7(4)(a) and 7(4)(b).
