Home > Index of Jurisprudence
As an issues related database, the Index is better used trying to find a relevant decision by issue and sub-issue. At times, in determining whether a particular decision is in the Index, it may be useful to search for it by one of its case names, usually the last name of a claimant. Bear in mind that the Index is a database of selected decisions and that a search by claimant may not likely yield the desired results.
Enter one or two letters of the last name of the claimant in the text box and select "List Names". Then proceed to choose a name from the drop-down box.
Claimant Name:
When a last name shows up with more than one listing, you will need to click on each last name before locating the actual claimant name you are looking for.
